Clean rooms comfortable beds I would stay again

Our room smelled unpleasant and seemed dirty. The a/c unit in the room did not work and we could not sleep due to the very warm conditions in our room. Upon checkout the front desk staff came off as very dismissive and when we asked what they could do about it she stated it wasn’t their problem because we booked through Expedia.

I was comfortable

Everything was nice it’s exception a better pillow and mattress would make a difference. My body ached when I woke up

The area immediately around the hotel was kind of run down. Nearby was a brewery with nice food and three locations. Not a lot of other options.

Customer service was great and very clean.

I couldn’t check in right away served was down . And the pool was closed and that was the reason I booked I would like a refund

Front desk courtesy was good upon entering and while leaving the hotel. The room was very clean I enjoyed my stay for the first time going solo.
