Would not stay here again. Stayed in a room with no normal windows, just skylights. Very unsettling area around the hotel as well

We really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was close to station, convenient and walking distance to centre. Room was clean and staff were very kind. Would stay again for our next time in Florence!

Superbly placed hotel for rail travel into Florence and onlt a short walk from the major sights of the city. Staff were incredibly helpful both on check in and check out and the room was lovely. Breakfast was fine. Location is less inviting at night but all city train stations have similar problems.

Excellent breakfast in the morning with great service. The staff was polite, friendly and very helpful. After check out they will store your bags for you while you enjoy the city. Would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was good but take away breakfast was terrible. They should provide a better meal since you are paying a good money for breakfast.

First time in Florence: 2 women, 1 teenager. They were in heaven with place: closer to the train station, attention to detail, modern rooms, closer to eateries, kind personnel, 0 complaints ! They did not use the parking and Bfast was not included. Better than expected !

Close to main attractions and train station, breakfast very good and very friendly staff, the lady at the breakfast very attentive and makes the best expresso coffe!. Rooms are big the AC isn’t the nest but maybe is the country standard. We have a great experience anyways

Shower is very small but room was very nice and clean.

The room I stayed in looked nothing like the photos. There was a weird makeshift shower in the bathroom right next to the toilet. Very misleading photos on Expedia.

Our room was ready early so we got a chance to drop our luggage and recuperate after a very long travel day. The hotel is walkable from the train station, so we could avoid needing another mode of transportation although the area around the train station is necessary to be alert. Lastly, our family room with another room with beds and a second bathroom (amazing) for our kids gave us plenty of room - more than we ever expected.

Picked location close to main train station. Also because of late check in.
