Airport shuttle was on time no strike today. The room was very small. Could barely move around. Shower was tiny as well. Staff were all nice. However, you need to go up to the fourth floor of this building to check in.

Hotel needs a serious upgrade. Bathroom had a strong smell to drainage. Lock boxes didn't work neither at the room nor at the front desk. Too expensive for what they offer. Nice people at the front desk but they don't help much.

I stayed for 2 nights at Hotel Garda, it was very good, the staff are nice and helpful, the room was nice and the AC was working. It is located in a good area and close to Trevi, Termini.

The rooms are nothing at all like the photos. I can only describe this accommodation as being rent rooms for s*x workers. It’s dingey, bare, I’ve slept in comfier bath tubs! The whole place just gave me the creeps if I’m honest. Luckily it was a quick get your head down after a late flight and out as fast as i could onto our next destination. If you’ve got young children don’t bother! It’s also really difficult to find and out of the way. I felt unsafe there as well if I’m honest due to its location and the layout of the property. Once inside the building it’s empty hallways with other businesses I can only assume in the same property. It’s not very well sign posted inside the building and was a bit of a guessing game. I’m guessing that’s why it’s so cheap, would never ever stay here again!

Totally different than in the pictures. “Hotel” , I would say hostel, located in the residential building, the reception is on the 4th floor. Rooms are miserable. We couldn’t stay there even one minute. I left that hotel right away, I paid $392 and didn’t get any reimbursement.

There is no way to describe the disappointment. The pictures shown when booking are totally different. Very sad that people decide to scam others like that when people work really hard to afford a vacation. If they had shown the real pictures of the place, no one would have booked a room. When you enter the place, you do not feel secure. Get out ASAP - Do not spend a night.

I was disappointed that they did not have laundry facilities as stated on Expedia. We ended up having to drag our dirty laundry through the streets of Rome to a laundromat.

Worst experience ever, this hotel is a big scam. The pictures displayed are not even related to reality by all means. We made it there, the receptionist was a great guy but once we got to the room we were in shock, toilet not cleaned with poop left overs all over, pillows covers with hair and stains, towel with brown big stains makes you almost think it’s poop stains. The beds are so rough, old and squeaky. Long story short, do not full for the nice pictures. I checkout right away and left and after making enough noise they gave me all my money back in cash but I wanted to make sure no one else will fall for this scam.
