Was clean, quiet, easy to get in and out of. Easy parking. No one came in to my room to clean or anything on my second day and I did not have coffee in the room for my third day. At least refill the coffee. I don’t need anybody to clean up after me or make my bed, but I like to have coffee.

Cleanliness was great, loved the bathroom and walk-in closet, and the fridge/microwave combo was super convenient

Parking was free and very easy. Air conditioning was great. The staff at the reception area closes at 9pm. No more staff afterwards. Rose at the reception is amazing. Otherwise, the room was clean and spacious.

L’accueil est très rapide et agréable, Les chambres étaient très propres et la queen supérieure de très bonne dimension. La qualité du matelas pourrait être améliorée mais est très acceptable. L’établissement pourrait être un peu plus généreux sur la quantité de café laissée dans les chambres. Pour deux adultes/deux matins, ça prendrait un minimum de 4 portions de café.

The A/C wasn't working properly and stuch inside a kitchen cabinet. The upper cabinet keep closing down. It didn't stay open at all.there wasn't any kcups and cream. I had to ask everyday for replacement.

Un grand ménage du printemps ne serait pas un luxe…des fils d’araignées à plusieurs endroits au plafond et sur les murs… j’ai souvent couché à cette hôtel et même souvent recommandé à d’autres, mais on dirait que le standard n’est plus là… En plus, Hôtel.com affiche des prix qui ne correspondent pas à ce qui a été facturé… le 20$ pour la troisième personne aurait dû être affiché sur Hotel.com au départ de la recherche puisque les 3 adultes étaient déjà programmés lors de la recherche.. ceci n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel, mais bien un bogue de l’application… facile de faire la passe avec une réservation non remboursable…

The staff was very courteous and very helpful. The room was not to the standard that I saw before. One window shield was ripped, the shower head had mould on it, the wall were covered with black marks, one of the trim was coming apart. Parking were very limited for handicap people. I will not stay next time I come down to Quebec. For that price, it should have a complimentary breakfast.

Loved everything about this hotel but wish the pillows where better quality cause they flattened as soon as you lay your head on them
