My son booked a room for 4. He was thinking there would be 2 queen-sized beds in it. However, there was a twin and a double bed. He was told that it was a rule based on the size of the room. It would have been helpful if that was acknowledged on the website. The bathroom was not given wash cloths, there were no hooks on the door to hang any clothes, and there was some wallpaper starting to peel. Of course, it wasn't air-conditioned, although it had 2 rotating fans that didn't do much.

The only picture they showed was a really nice looking lounge area. The room was actually super small with a wooden vertical column between both beds. I never saw a picture like that advertised. Overall it did the job which was providing us a place to sleep after long days exploring but we are used to staying at Hiltons and Marriotts and this one was more similar to a Motel 6. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. I was just expecting something much nicer

The room was lovely and clean and nice and quiet. The air con in the room was a great bonus in the current heatwave! It was also handy having a fridge in the room.

Great restaurant nearby, 20 minute walk to Tower Bridge or Elephant and Castle Underground. Super helpful and friendly staff! Good morning lattes!

Room was clean, staff was incredibly helpful and breakfast was well worth it. Location to attractions via bus is very good.

It was very much fine, but not enjoyable. Loud, very basic rooms, ok shower. I was placed on the ground floor as a solo female traveller. My window backed onto an alley and somebody's front door. I didn't feel very safe to be honest

Good hotel clean and friendly staff

Brilliant friendly staff. Breakfast was great and we had the best coffee there since we arrived in the UK.

Room was nice and cool. Shower head in our room needed some repairs but was in working condition and the staff noted it when I mentioned it. Very good experience overall. Would recommend.

The staff were helpful, polite and very knowledgeable with the public transport service.

Room condition was OK except that toilet flush didn't work well (3rd floor)

Great hotel. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, but the hallway noise was a minor drawback.

A bit disappointing…..had to ask for towels and coffee etc. shower not too clean. Won’t return.

The hotel is nice and the staff was great. The area sround the hotel is not nice and there is no metro station close. The room had a few patches of maintenance fixes that were left visible.

View from the window wasn't the best

Parking was good. Too far from main attractions. Staff nice.
