Very clean room. Staff was really helpful when our tv was acting up. Breakfast was good. Very good location.

First, the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean even if it is a little old. I had to keep going to the front desk to get my key card to work, and my co-traveler had a tv that was not working in his room. However, our stay was pleasant and the staff was really friendly.

Room floor is very dirty. Staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast doesn't look appealing. Book this hotel for easy access to the Casino but don't recommend it, don't feel safe with the environment, too much crazy people in the area, we almost got run over crossing in the pedestrian. Definitely not staying.

Seemed short staffed there was garbage bags tied up and left on most floors by the elevator upon 11pm check in. The next day there was dirty bins of linens left on floors until late evening. Breakfast was minimal and you had to ask for items to be filled up such as coffee.

Very mediocre experience. Room was cleanish but the duvet was filthy and the room didn’t come stocked with any towels. They made us wait in the lobby at 2:55 to check in at 3:00, they didn’t even allow us in 5 minutes early. And the hotel had bad smell throughout. We won’t be returning.

Lose to casino

Our TV didn't work for our entire stay, despite notifying the staff on a couple of occasions. Otherwise the hotel was good, we would stay again.

Hotel room was spacious. Location of hotel was great. Staff were incredible, personable and helpful. Only negative note was the carpets could use a good cleaning.

Budget place to stay. But OK; no problems.

We were told on the phone there was space to park our trailer— there was not. We finally got it somewhat crammed in and guy at front desk warned our stuff would likely be stolen. We decided we’d stay elsewhere and we were not allowed a refund. Don’t stay here if you are pulling a trailer and especially not if you have anything valuable on it!

Breakfast was so so. ..the eggs and sausage were tasteless, but the bagels and coffee were terrific! Staff very friendly and apologetic. Needed more front desk staff on as the check in line up moved very slowly with only one agent available.
