Lady at the front desk was totally perfect

Only stayed one night at this hotel and found it to be great. Check in was fast, breakfast was good and had a casino next door. Met all our needs with friendly staff.

Clean room, outdated, bed was too firm. New mattresses would make for a lot better sleep. Traffic truck noise both mornings. We were out late at a wedding reception, and asked for a bit later check out in morning, they didn’t allow that.(?).

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hottub had way too much chlorine in it.

Everythinh was fine.

Room was clean. Parking spaces too narrow. Shower barely hot. Good staff. Ok breakfast. Nice coffee.

This hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. It is a very tired hotel. Ok value.

The breakfast was good and the chef the lady was awesome. All the staff were very helpful and lind The pool, hottub and slides were great the children enjoyed it. The room was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the 3 days stay.

Didnt have breakfast or use hot tub

Clean room. Fairly outdated but that’s not a huge issue. Hard beds. The pool area is great but the amount of chlorine made it hard for children to swim without coughing and gagging. Nice staff. A bit strict with rules but that was fine with us as it made it quiet in the halls.

The front desk was great. The condition of the pool and hot tub was gross. The hot tub water was the same colour as skim milk and we had to skim it before even going in. So much chemical in the water it actually took the colour out of my swim suit. The room was clean but finger prints on the mirror from the people before us. Was very loud as there was sports teams there so constantly hearing loud kids running around the hallways and housekeeping figured it was a great time to vacuum before 9 in room across the hall.
