Room and staff. Wrong room and never gave us th right one. And staff was very hostile trying to make me pay double

Staff was excellent. For the price point of the stay and the cost of all food and options in the resort it was not worth it. Food was average at best and service at the restaurants was abysmal. Massage service was over twice the cost of our service we received in Mexico but nowhere near the same type of service. Massage service was not worth over $600. Bed was rock solid. Toilet was barely working in our room. Cabinets in our room were busted. Lighting in the rooms was extremely inadequate. Rooms are very loud. Can hear kids through the walls.

Our stay at The Reef at Atlantis was absolutely wonderful! The ocean-view room was incredibly comfortable with breathtaking views. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was felt and remained consistent throughout our entire stay. The mattress, pillows, and thoughtful room amenities truly made it feel like a home away from home. The lush, beautifully maintained grounds were a pleasure to walk through, and the shuttle service made getting to all the island adventures easy and convenient. We can’t wait to return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The accommodations were clean, very easy check-in, checkout, Nice size room with a king bed. The staff very nice, friendly. The hotel was very quiet. I wish there was a restaurant and or bar in hotel, however I would still give it an excellent

Absolutely love staying at the reef . Staff was very friendly, very helpful. It wasn’t overwhelming with people. I love the privacy that it has as well as the beach area on this side . 10/10.

- shuttle service could be improved to run more shuttles at peak hours. This was probably the most hindering aspect of our trip by staying at Reef. It only made us decide to only stay at Royal if coming to Atlantis. - buffet options. If it was possible, the menu was exactly the same as our last time. There was nothing new introduced. Would prefer more choices of Bahamian cuisines at buffet. - Access to downtown, prices regarding cabs need to be revisited with the hotel and taxi services. To get to downtown and back is a$45 USD ride if you ride with 3 people, but reduces to $30 USD if only riding with 2 people. This needs to change - the presence of one more additional person or even 2- shouldn’t change the fair. It feels like we are just getting gauged.

Decent stay overall, pricey at the resort- decent / more affordable food outside though.

Rooms were great. Wanted adjoined rooms and even though I chatted through the bot to request Atlantis was not aware. That was annoying. Staff was great. Food was incredibly expensive. Poseidon’s Table was not worth $400. Field trip was very good, shake shack was so fun with the aquarium. The pool and beach and water park were excellent. The extra tipping was a bit much. We were already getting hammered with the cost of food. I have already recommended Atlantis to family and friends.
