The breakfast was delicious. There should be bacon every day. The shower in our room was not good. It could not be adjusted and the flow was not strong and the hot and cold are opposite to how it’s labeled. I couldn’t reach the shower head either as it was too high. Luckily we had a tall member in our party. The room was clean and the pool was fun. The hot tub could be hotter.

When we checked in, we were welcomed by a warm and friendly staff. The paint and carpets were in good condition and clean in the hall going to our room. The area where the breakfast was kept clean. The breakfast was good with a good selection of choices.

The building/room layout and amenities were excellent, the rooms were clean and modern. Love the 24/7 citrus water/coffee/tea station and that they set breakfast bags for people checking out early. The only things that kept me from giving 5 stars are the kid's splash area was out of commission our whole stay and one of the bed frames / mattresses was kind of rickety in our room. We felt comfortable there and would stay again though, our little one loved it and said it was "so cool"!

The Hot tub was really nice and the areas were well maintained and cleaned

The staff was helpful and cooperative and eager to serve. I rated 4 for helpful because I needed information for a medical walk in clinic as I needed meds which I unfortunately left at home. The information was not readily available nor a machine to check blood pressure. Otherwise the service was good.

I really loved the furniture in the room. Plenty of room to open a large suitcase. The outlets on the side of the cabinet are genius as well. The Tv having the apps is so nice. Large walkin shower and spacious washroom. My only complaint was the bed being hard

The room and staff were very good, but there were significant issues with the temperature control and air conditioning that were not fully resolved. Additionally, we requested daily room service, but it was not initially provided.

Our overall stay was great! 100% Recommended and surely to comeback.

Had a great stay. Clean and spacious rooms. We booked the 2 queen studio room. Breakfast had a great assortment of food. Overall great experience.
