I’ve enjoyed my stay at the hotel, breakfast was tasty and a reasonable choice. They let me leave my bag at the reception for a few hours after checking out. Very close to both the bus station and the city centre. Literally walking distance to all the main attractions. Check-out is at 12 which is very handy. I can recommend this place. The only thing to note is that on my booking it said I would have a city view, but in reality I had the view of the internal “yard”, enclosed space. But maybe that’s why it was quiet.

Perfect location! Close to everything you'll need as a tourist. The room was good sized too. We had the sauna room and that was a nice bonus to have on a cold, snowy day. The lady at the reception was exceptional as well.

Convenient for 1 or 2 nights to be close to Old City. Service and CheckIn was one of the worst experiences I've ever made. The receptionist should look for another job which is not related to Service clients

They are extremely helpful! The hotel is price-performance and the staff is perfect. I had to leave hotel earlier and they gave me the refund of the other day! That’s insane. Excellent service. Thanks!

I love boutique hotels but this one was a big led down! The only positive I can give it's the staff and the good location as it's right on the old town. Breakfast was big led down. Room dirty and old. We booked the one with the sauna and sauna not cleaned as was full of stains and some wood hanging around with nails out. Sink drain was blocked, toilets seats worse than a public toilet, water in the shower it's like praying for rain. Bed I had to take the top mattress off as was dirty and full of hair of all sorts. Noticed this due to the bed sheets being smaller than the bed and was running out of you at every turn. The hotel it's not 4* and can be visible from the moment you walk in.
