Hotel is literally built within a section of the old city wall. Amazing!! The location was perfect. We were literally within 100 to 950 metres of every sight we wanted to see. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty. Room very comfortable. We used gym and spa everyday which was amazing. Both facilitues are HUGE and add so much value to what is a very well priced room!!! We used Bolt to and from airport (between €9.50 & €12)

This place was centrally located and attached to a massive gym/fitness/spa centre that allowed free access with your stay. Breakfast was included and was quiet tasty. The rooms were large and clean.

It was a short walk to the old Town center in Tallin. Also a very reasonable price.

The accommodations was excellent as well as the breakfast. The facilities were really good . The location of the hotel was good . I like the fact you use a code for the main entrance and for your room and don't have to worry about have the key or card

Check in staff efficient and friendly enough. Room spacious (family room), but building needs some remodeling. Our bathroom was large, but had a horrible smell. Carpets are really gross in hallway. Overall, fine for a night or two, but could be a great property with some investment. Convenient location for Old Town and a supermarket down the street. Spa is nice option and bumps the rating!

Lovely hotel, excellent location right in the centre of town. Spa access was any time and spa was brilliant! Had to walk across car park to get it to it though (didn't put us off going every day!). Room warm, clean and good facilities. Would stay here again.

The biggest let down of this hotel were the staff. They appeared bored, indifferent to customers and did their best to not be helpful. Also as it is a health and fitness centre as well as a hotel the queues can be long and you have to contend with people coming and going in the reception when trying to check in etc. Rooms are a bit randomly located, the check in is at the far end of the courtyard, then we had to traipse all the way back across the car park to get into the building our room was in, and then to the end of the corridor. That aside, hotel is in a fantastic location, rooms are modern and comfortable enough, breakfast was good, and having use of the spa facilities is great (although no English signage to direct you into the changing rooms, out to the other side etc and the staff offered no assistance to navigate this rabbit warren!).

I stayed in Room 309, photo 41, and it didn't look like this. More like staff accommodation for the gym below. I booked as it was described as a spa hotel, expecting tranquillity. The techno weight lifting in the training room below my room soon dispelled that. The corridor to rooms shown has seen better days. Breakfast was standard Scandinavian style and very tasty. I slept well on the basic bed, minus headboards, if you want basic accom with access to the gym/sauna/spa then this is the hotel for you. Also the location is great for old town Tallinn.

Without spa the hotel doesn't worth the money, the rooms have no air conditioning, during the day is very hot inside, there aren't any kind of shampoo, shower gel, just soap. In the summer nights, when there are white nights, some windows have not curtains and it was light in the room. Breakfast was poor, and the desert appeared only once at about 10 am. But about the spa it compensated the discomfort,

Great location at the edge of the old city. The rooms are a bit smaller than the photos would indicate, but were in good condition and very clean.

Is a hotel with one of the best Spa I have ever been. Second time and want to come back again. The reception service is quite cold.

It didn't work very well with splitting the reception with the swim. It gave waiting time, and less focus on us as guests. The room was smelling a lot of chlor (guess from the swim).

It was so good, but there was no laundry/laundry service. I had to go cleaning service to wash my clothes, walking more than 20min from the hotel.
