Colonial style hotel

Great experience with Hotel staff; very friendly. Continental breakfast was included with hotel fare and food quality was good. Nevertheless, pool area needs to improve the cleanliness. However, will definitely stay again ;)

Comfortable rooms, historical área, parking inside property área, good, included, breakfast, secured, nice historical building.

Great location and indoor gated parking, is walking distance to restaurants. Older hotel but has its charm.

Great hotel

I appreciate the unique decor and charm of another era with wood and metalic accents and the stone paved courtyards. The chandaliers could use some replacement bulbs for full lighting effect. Still after 15 years I return during every visit.

No breakfast for 2 days in a row

The staff was very nice. I had two separate reservations and both rooms were very traditional which I loved. The only negative thing I would say was the second room and some mold but it was very spacious. The property was very nice and the location is in walking distance to nice restaurants and everything else.

Gorgeous hotel in super convenient location. People were great.

No air conditioning. I booked 2 rooms, we were switched to 3 different rooms in hopes that the air conditioner was working. It was a warm evening that made for an uncomfortable stay so we left to another hotel.

It is a pleasure to stay at the Palacio. I'm treated like family. The staff is always available and willing to assist me with anything I need. In the heart of the Colonial Zone, the location is perfect for dining, entertainment and shopping.
