The hotel is on a quiet street near the train station and historic area of the town. The staff was great. The room, breakfast, and dining area were all very nice. I would stay there again.

First time visitor to Chur, great hotel, great breakfast, fantastic location, thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

The room was spacious and very clean. Staff were helpful and polite. The hotel is centrally located, not far from the station and we enjoyed our stay. There are a few steps up from street level to reception and a tiny lift from there to upper floors. Perhaps a difficulty for those who are less mobile.

Reception up a couple flight of stairs from street with heavy bags (they did offer to take our bags down to the street when we leave, but unfortunately we didn't see anyone at reception @11:00 am!). Reception area looked a bit like a hostel! Very little interaction with staff. Thought I had made an error in booking upon first impression, but the room although small, was newly renovated (minimalistic) with a lovely view of the bell tower. Might be warm in hotter months. Breakfast was good. Close to train station.

We specifically needed something within walking distance from the train station. The neighborhood you walk through to get to the hotel was very clean and safe with a lot to pick from for food options. The room was recently redone and it was very comfortable and clean.

The staff was very professional and attentive—highly recommended! The rooms were spacious and very clean; I would stay at this hotel again without hesitation.

The staff were helpful and the room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms are being refurbished. We had a refurbished room, which was lovely and of a good size. We had a beautiful view from our window too!

There was no lobby to sit after hours, and the pillows were so soft that it had to be rolled to provide support - and even that was not great. WiFi was very weak. The location was good

Lovely, clean room with very comfortable bed. Just a kettle and paper cups provided, but free bottled water. Bring your own tea bags!

Great location for the train station and old town

There was an elevator, although quite small. It was nice not to walk up four flights. Very comfortable bed.

The entire floor was under renovation. The renovation staff stated before 9AM. I cannot believe that was the case. Only the front desk staff was friendly on our check in date.

We stayed for one night prior to catching Bernina express. Hotel receptionist was very welcoming, we stayed in oldest room in Chur which is a curiosity and comfortable for the night. The hotel is being decorated hence 4star on condition of public areas. No disturbance though outside 8-5pm

Grear hotel close to everything, 7 minute walk from station. Rooms were very clean and although quite a small shower more than suitable for your needs.
