Very friendly staff; my only comment is that it would have been nice to check in at 1:30 PM instead of 3:30 PM since the room was available; we had just flown in from the US and jet lag was awful........

The hotel is in an excellent location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The staff was exceptionally professional, friendly, helpful and polite.

Fabulous little hotel in a terrific location. Wonderful friendly staff who offered help on every situation. Room was well appointed with the most comfy bed. The lively restaurants in the square added to the experience. Highly recommend staying here and enjoying the fabulous hospitality of Sophie and her team.

My wife and I have discussed how we should respond. We could not wish for a better, central location. Everything was just a stroll away. First, we thought the staff we met - the young ladies at the reception desk - were polite and immensely helpful, although the one who showed us on arrival the "upgraded" room carefully avoided its drawbacks. An example was the toilet which was located in a cupboard. Otherwise the room was comfortable with a good view of the square outside. We were only on the first floor but the lift was a bit temperamental, yet it took us down to excellent breakfasts each morning.

The location of the hotel is really central and it's an easy walk to the main areas of town. I really enjoyed the stay and the service is top notch.

The hotel is in a great location and our room was comfortable with a small balcony where you could sit and look out to the sea. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. Beaches, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance.

Loved this hotel. Very bright and cozy right in the heart of beachside Biarritz. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Everything was right downstairs and the beaches were a short walk. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our recent 5 night stay ,a perfect location with helpful friendly staff. The hotel rooms are small and would benefit from a little update but the one we booked had a beautiful ocean view which was amazing. The only thing we would recommend is a kettle in the room so that guests could make a tea or coffee when they wanted.

Lovely hotel but our room and shower room were tiny.They were not like photos on hotels.com site for class of room.Beautiful location and staff very helpful.Breakfast was overpriced at €14.

Our stay was perfect! We were a family of 4 traveling together and the girls had their own space in the room. The staff was extremely helpful. Parking was just beneath the plaza and priced reasonably. The plaza offered many dining options and shopping was just up the hill. We were close to the beaches so the car could stay parked for the entire weekend. Definitely would stay there again!

I’ve been coming here for almost 15 years. This hotel is always dependable ~ but mostly I return because the staff are always friendly, kind and helpful.
