Very nicely decorated, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Excellent continental breakfast. Affordable parking.

This was our 3rd stay. The free breakfast was good. Staff and housekeeping were amazing! We had an unfortunate incident where my car window was smashed overnight. The staff at the hotel were so helpful. Providing a handheld vacuum, bags and cardboard to secure the window. We will be back!

The Byward Blue Inn was perfect for our short stay in Ottawa. We had the 2 bedroom suite on 3rd floor. The small kitchen was fully stocked with cutlery, glasses and mugs. As well as tea and coffee including milk/creamers in fridge. All clean and nice to have balcony. Facing the back courtyard was quiet. Free breakfast is a great option and underground parking too. Just check in first as you need your room number to access underground parking. Very friendly staff. Great location in Byward market and easy to walk to sights. Will stay again ! ,

It was good location and amenities but staff needs to be more polite

Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great! Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. The art work makes the stay very cozy. The breakfast was really good, and had good options (proteins, breads, spreads, fruit, juice, cereal, coffee, tea and muffins). The room had everything we needed and the sauna has a nice treat. The staff was kind and helpful. The surroundings are pleasant even in winter and most first time must see in Ottawa are accessible by foot.

Amazing breakfast selection on both days. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Location is pretty perfect too (though included parking is VERY limited, there is a city parkade very close).

Great location. Walking distance to most museums. Byward Market practically at your door step. Very clean. Staff that make an effort. Comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast very disappointing. Bathrooms need updating. Walls and doors very thin. Request parking ahead of time as their lot is small and tight. City garage right next door.

The place is quiet and we enjoyed our one night stay. We will definitely come back again. It is close to all amenities.

Room was spacious, well laid out and comfortable. Location was convenient. Close to Rideau Centre and Byward Market. Would have been an easy public transit ride from train station or to the airport, but it’s true that OC Transpo is horrendous.

Très belle place. Convivial et bien entretenu. Les chambre sous forme de studio sont bien équipée. Très bon déjeuner et bel accueil.
