Glashaus disappoints because of its location and overall setup. It doesn't "feel" like a hotel, it feels like an office. The map app will give you a notice that you have arrived and you are literally next to a running trolley with no ability to stop. We parked in a paid lot and had to walk across the trolley to find the entrance to the hotel which was around the corner. The parking facility is another adventure as you have to navigate to it after walking back to your car. The key access to the elevator doesn't work in the parking facility and the entire experience is odd after pressing a button to notify the front desk to let you in. Tiny elevator, small room and that same trolley runs endlessly all night making the entire place rumble. I would not stay again at this hotel.

The room was great spacious and clean the tram into the city is right outside the lobby . I found locating the property challenging as it has a small sign too mark the parkade … the building itself is nestled beside others that look similar to… use the coordinates they send otherwise no complaints !

This was an excellent hotel. The light rail service is 30 seconds from the hotel door. Clean rooms and well-maintained. The only compromise is that you are 30 min outside of Dublin. We used the hotel as a home base for our daily train and bus trips. This was a great value!

Nice corporate hotel - breakfast ok but all deep fried - CAR PARK was a nightmare to find needs more signage !!! We drove round Tesco car park 2 times ….. about a 40-45 min on the tram into Dublin City centre but ran every 10-15 mins and was 5:40 euro return each adult.

Reception area and corridor leading to lifts was rather off putting due to the condition. As the area forms first impressions it needs an upgrade.

Room spacious and clean. Staff very helpful and friendly! The onsite restaurant and bar is a nice plus, after a busy day sightseeing. The only recommendation would be for the front desk wood be refinished. Our first impression at 6 am checking in was oh no this is a run down hotel, it definitely is not. First impressions matter, maybe a re stain is in order. Definitely would stay here again!!! Good value too. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Loved the tram right there to take to downtown Dublin!

A nice hotel with clean rooms, easy check-in and check-out, with free parking for hotel guests in a car park connected to the hotel for easy access. The staff was friendly but did have a standoff-ish vibe that make it uncomfortable when I was asking for recommendations as they only seemed to have pushed their hotel's restaurant when asking for local pubs nearby. It took a while to obtain a cab, the hotel called for one but since there isn't a set front door location the driver wasn't able to find us and cancelled the trip. We weren't able to naturally flag one on the road as it wasn't as populated with cabs but mainly local drivers. There is transport nearby but would take around 50 minutes by tram to get into the city. We had to download a taxi app, to which we were then able to get a taxi into the city. The rooms were spacious, clean and well kept. Check-in only took a few moments and didn't take long to receive our keycards. The hotel room came with a shower cap as amenities with shampoo/conditioner and body wash attached to the walls in dispensers. They also had free high-speed internet that was very easy to connect too. The hotel was not as close to the airport as marketed as it took closer to 45min - 1hr to arrive and was about 30 minutes outside of the main areas of Dublin. Nonetheless it was a pleasant place to stay for the one evening.

Decent place,which doesn't look far from Dublin but takes much longer to get there than expected. Not very easy to find at first but once you do its easy in easy out. Location is convenient to shopping and dining but parking a bit frustrating at times.

Great place to stay. Luas starts outside the front door, so easy to get to the city centre!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and roomy. The restaurant was good with friendly waitress.
