This hotel is clean and wide. The floor is not carpet, so I don't have problem about allergic rhinitis. Also have kitchen and cooking apparatus. The fitness, swimming pool, room service food are OK. I slept well during the 6 days trip. But the 3 building may hear music from nearby restaurant that may bother your sleep if you're a light sleeper (but it ends before 0.00). I'll booking this hotel again if I travel to Chiang Mai.
