Room was okay, would be better if a bigger tv and a mirror over the desk/ dressing table. Breakfast was poor, all tables were being used, only 1 person clearing tables, food was not replenished when empty. Bought out 6 croissants when the restaurant was full. Topped the milk up by only 2 pints from a 4 pint container - why not put all of it in. Kept running out of cutlery. Americano coffee from the machine was cold. Food quality was poor - could not eat the cooked offering.

Very Happy with the room and staff. Breakfast was very chaotic. The staff were great but could not deal with the amount of people. Bread came out frozen and despite being told the fruit would come out it never did Not the fault of the staff it’s just cutbacks which you increasingly see across all hotel chains.

We loved our stay. The staff were welcoming, and the room was clean. The kids loved the dated decor and 90s phone in the room, and the pull out double sofa bed. Breakfast buffet was great - something to suit each of us, with the kids choosing pastries and the adults a full English. Parking was free and there was plenty of it. Overall excellent value for money and happy with our stay.

staff are really nice and friendly. Great selection forbreakfast. Comfy clean rooms. Only comment would be the carpets need changing in the rooms as stained.

Public areas modern and clean. Good buffet breakfast. Staff were polite and helpful. Room was clean but carpet needed renewing. Bathroom was best part of room.

Its a wonderfull place

Good shower but small bathroom and small bedroom but clean. Not great location it felt a bit unsafe outside. Staff friendly. Breakfast acceptable but not great.

The hotel was ideally situated for our visit, the bed was quite comfortable. The TV was on the small side. Breakfast was really good and set us up for the day. We would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was surprisingly decent (I was worried after reading a previous review). Veggie sausages were available upon request and there was the option to have breakfast in a to go bag if you don’t have time to stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable and there was ample parking. There was a train station nearby for people travelling on public transport and an added bonus of an ice machine in reception.
