Overall the hotel was fine. It was weird ti see such a big hotel but very few people around. I think during our stay (one day) we saw only one other customer. The garage and the outside of the hotel could be better kept. The garage in particular needs to be cleaned up

Rooms were great, property is in a strange location and very empty. Good value for a good night sleep before a flight. Nice bathroom and good beds.

The only good thing about this property was it was within reasonable costs but everything else was more or less terrible - old property, very limited to no transportation facilities, they don’t provide you with water in your room after your first night of stay, PATHETIC WiFi, room service provided us with torn towels - it is a huge and massive hotel but empty so it almost feels haunted. Extremely disappointed with this stay!

Poor customer service

The property was sterile. Looks like a hospital. No ambiance. No character nonart. Tub leaked. No way this is a 4 star place. I felt mislead by Expedia showing it as a 4 star property.

Great spot for travelling. Breakfast was great and hotel was very good for the price.

The hotel is well plced for seeing the palace. Our room was clean but needs updating, especially the bathroom.

Property is located in an Industrial area far outside of the city.

This is a hotel designed for exhibitions and business conferences - so feels as such. But it offers great value for money out of season. An improvement would be hotel transport to the train station or the centre of town - which is otherwise hard to get to.

Clean room and good parking . Breakfast was the best feature.

This place is about 10 years past time for an update.

Location was great, parking was easy. Hotel desperately needs a deep clean. Rooms are dusty, and everything smells musty. Sheets, bath towels all smelled old and stale. Rooms had phones with half the buttons missing and rooms had no information. No room service information, no restaurant menu.

Very good, with only some details requiring attention. Consider installing soap trays in the showers for example.

I really appreciated Cinzia who helped us book a private tour to the Amalfi Coast. The Bloo restaurant was fantastic. The only thing, we had to change room due to the patio door of the balcony not xlosing & i didn't feel safe and cleaning service could have been better. Towels weren't im the room qhen we got back. But otherwise I would stay again at this hotel. Very close to where we wanted to visit. We went to Pompei & the Royal Palace of Caserta.
