Good

The room had a musty smell when we walked in, the tv remote did not work, called the front desk to get another room and were told that they didn’t have one. I stay frequently at holiday inn express, this one didn’t meet my expectations. On the plus side the, we checked out before the breakfast started and the overnight front desk worker was extremely nice and got my wife and I a little to go bag.

Decent for price. Would stat again

It was a very good stay. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The service and cost were very good. We only had one incident with the pull out sofa bed. Overall we give it a thumbs up.

The room did not smell great upon arrival, my son referred to it like cigarette smoke, my mom who came in after said a musty dog, to me more so like a bad mop.

Very clean and front desk female at check in was amazing.

We got in around 830pm there was a young gentleman at the desk, I did not get his name but he was super nice and very helpful, we talked for about 10 minutes.

The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable. The indoor pool was certainly a plus.

Large shower. Bright light on the mirror. Quiet. Elevator was slow and slightly jerked on startup in either direction. Very clean. Sheets were pushed to the bottom of the bed like someone had slept there.
