It was a good stay. Rooms are spacious. The pool is small. Front desk personnel very helpful.

Very clean staff and housekeeping very friendly we had alot of fun with just the house keeping they were helpful and very friendly. I would most definitely stay here again in the future!

Clean and quiet

This property is very close to the Surprise baseball fields. The property is clean and the staff is great. The only issue is that they put a $75.00 per night hold for incidentals which is the most I have seen at any hotel.

Pool was a lot smaller than I thought but everything else was good. Very clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and were hoping to be able to get a room so our things would not cook in the Phoenix heat in our car. Delaney was very helpful and was able to check us in early. The hotel is in a great area for walking around in the morning. Close to a park with a lake and library. We felt very safe in the area as it is close to many public areas in the Surprise area. Lots of nearby eating places and a nice hotel. We will stay there again on future visits.

Check-in was quick and easy, and the room itself was clean and comfortable.

The room smelled like there was a leak. I put a sign out for housekeeping to not disturb but yet still knock in the morning. I went down stairs for breakfast the staff there were just all over your space watching what you get and eat. Did not like my stay will never stay there again
