I’ve stayed at many Ibis hotels over many years. They are clean and comfortable and have everything you need during a short trip. The Ibis in Kortrijk is located 4 minutes walk from the train station making it ideal for those with bags. (No taxi needed) The hotels offers a continental style breakfast with the addition of Bacon & Scrambled Eggs. Everything in Kortrijk is walkable and it has plenty to see for a 2 or 3 day trip. Khadija on reception assisted me on the couple of times I needed help and she was both polite and friendly with a great smile 👍 The In Room Airconditioning was Individually controlled and great for me as I liked to cool a room prior to sleeping. The hotel has a well stocked bar open to hotel guests and snack and drink vending options. Would I stay here again, very simple question YES I would 👍

Votre hôtel était exactement ce qu’il nous fallait. Courtrai est une ville à explorer.la proximité de la gare rende les déplacements tres faciles . La grande place est à deux pas .Le déjeuner parfait et complet. On peut y prendre un verre en fin de journée. Merci

I stayed a couple of days apart. Second stay was in a premium room, nicer, bigger room. Hotel was good, central location. Breakfast was pretty good too. Underground parking around the corner, free over night on street parking 8 pm - 8 am which worked for me

Good location, room was cold even with a portable heater. Due to the cold main bedroom windows covered in condensation. Room & bathroom require updating, looking tired. TV 85% of the channels no reception.

My room seemed to have feaces on the door frame of the bathroom. Door didn't look very clean, also looked like someone had patched up a fist through the door. In my dad's room there was dried blood stains on the bedding. Staff were ok friendly. My room key didn't work initially and they were quick to sort that out. The room had a fridge and a Nespresso coffee maker but given the state of the room, I wasnt about to use the coffee machine. No milk sachets or sugar. Wooden spoons with paper cups whic isn't great. Shower gel and soap were in containers (not small ones). All in all, I don't think I'd want to stay there again. Room was a decent size, full length mirror and a decent size TV.

Location was very central, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was very clean, however, the area just outside of the the window had some cigarette butts and was generally not clean. Easy check in a check out. Parking was offsite but right next door 30 second walk to the entrance

Hotel was in a great location, great bar, amazing staff however the cleanliness let it down. We stayed for 3 nights, reported both single bed sheets being dirty with yellow stains which were not resolved or changed, we had the same sheets for all 3 days that were dirty.

Clean hotel, centrally located. Good breakfast.
