The best resort we’re ever

Everything was excellent there

We had a nice time, beach water wasn’t crystal clear, lots of seaweed in the water. We went end of April so not sure if that’s why. Still nice though. General vibe was relaxed.

Rooms could use better cleaning. Staff was amazing. Food was very poor quality. The resort itself is beautiful

Fabulous resort! Beach and pools were fabulous, service was excellent, and food was very good— not quite up to Riviera Maya standards IMO, but maybe that’s because I especially love Mexican fare… lots of fresh fruit, juices, and salad. We much preferred this resort (DRBPC) to the Paradisus Palma Real next door, where we stayed last time in PC. The Paradisus was also lovely, but felt more sterile— DRBPC is lush with vegetation and a little more intimate feeling. We stayed Preferred and especially appreciated the seaside grill at breakfast. But everyone has a great experience, so don’t sweat it either way!

Beautiful property. Facilities were lovely, convenient and comfortable. Staff friendly and pleasant. World Cafe also delicious, convenient, lovely vacation .

Never felt overcrowded, plenty of space to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Nice dinning options from casual bites to formal dining. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend.

Dream was a safe place for me and my daughter. Everything else was fine.

For the price point, dedinitely wanted more quality and more of a luxury feel. Very average experience for what it costs.

It was really nice. Quiet. I didn’t Like how it was no music near the pool or any pool parties. Looks more like for an older crowd

Would have been nice if more water activities were included rather than paid extras. Staff were fabulous though. So friendly and responsive to guests.

Property was easy to get around and really liked the no reservations ar the restaurants. The Hibachi did need a reservation and food was excellent. Staff was great and entertainment was good. It is on a public beach so many vendors may reach out to you but they were still nice. Rooms were clean and if you needed anything they were very responsive.

Great location on the beach. Lots of activities on the resort and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Loved the continuous ZEN like music playing on the property. Loved the entertainment.

The beach was the best we have seen at Punta Cana. The resort kept it clean. Our concierge Emanuel was very attentive and checked on us often. Wanda at the Preffered pool bar was very sweet, and happy to see us. Would go back.
