The most disgusting place I have ever slept. Yonkies and people smoking weed. Someone opened my door at midnight. People running at midnight on the second floor and screaming all night. Dirty, unsafe. Full of weird people. I slept with the iron next to me scared of someone braking in again.

The hotel is older, and could use some upgrades. Definitely could use newer towels. Bed was comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating.

Was run down and didn’t feel clean. The pool was dirty and had a cockroach floating in it.

Very nice place. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to everything you need.

AC was not on when we checked in late so it didn't cool down until long after we were asleep. Unbearably hot.

A great inexpensive choice.

Close to a lot of amenities. Nice respite from the heat. Outside temps and heat likely affecting the television signal quality.

I was happy with the room and the hotel. It's a basic hotel at a "value price," but it provided a comfortable bed and suited my needs fine for a two week stay in town for a project.

Loud upstairs all night

The property I usually stay at was too far for our very very late flight arrival. The room was very basic but surprisingly fine. Very nice young man working the late night check in. The downside was my son left his hoodie and shirt in the room, and when we called to ask if we could pickup before we left SGU, we were told they don’t have a lost and found. So he lost some brand new clothes that apparently got tangled up in the bedding so we both missed it on our exit. That seems absurd that the couldn’t hold some left behind items for 5 days.

The people above us had unruly kids that they let run around and stop until 11:30 one night and 1am the next night. I called multiple times to the front desk to get them to do something about it and nothing was ever done, they just kept offering to move us to a different room. We had 2 dogs and we were the quiet ones, why should I have to move rooms? I’m trying to sleep! They are the ones who are awake, make them move rooms! The A/C units were all old and SUPER loud. The mattresses we slept on were from the 1960’s. It looked like it was recently remodeled but with the absolute cheapest materials possible and the work was shoddy at best. I have slept in my car during a snow storm and had better rest than I did the two nights I stays at the Red Roof Inn in St. George Save yourself time, money, and hassle and just sleep in a cardboard box on the side walk.

If you need 4 walls and a toilet, that's what you'll get at this establishment. There wasn't a trash can in the room, so we had to find our own bags to collect our trash in. It was one of the most confusing hotels I've ever stayed at... but it only cost $72, so I'm not sure what I expected. When I booked, it also said breakfast was included, but when I checked in, it was never mentioned.

The beds are horrible, very hard! And the room needs to be properly cleaned!
