From the outside it looks great, but when we got to our rooms it was honestly concerning. I went there with my friends and our experience was honestly horrible. The wall of the rooms had weird marks and it seemed as the cleaning wasn’t done properly. The staff was both nice and rude. The security absolutely useless. The cards for the rooms stop working after 5 minutes, They wanted to charge us 200 euros for a new card which is just ridiculous (we obviously did not pay that). My bottle of alc was broken in my room by the staff while cleaning. They didn’t let me know or anyone. I was looking for it for about 15 minutes until i went out on the balcony (where i had left it) and i see pieces of glass everywhere. So they basically broke the bottle, did not let me know and did a terrible job at cleaning it up. We always go out on the balcony without shoes. I mean it’s dangerous. One night me and a friend were walking home and an angry man was following us, he was screaming at us and was very visibly angry and following us. We went up to the security and i specifically told them “this man is angry and is following us, can you help us?” and their answer was just a laugh and said “You can’t be bringing these type of men home” and i was honestly shocked i told him i needed help again and he ignored me. Another shocking thing that happened to us at this hotel was my friend going to the gym one morning and could not finish her workout due to catcalling from the staff. They said incredibly inappropriate things which made her extremely uncomfortable that she left because she did not feel safe. If you’re thinking of staying at this hotel i honestly do not recommend it.

Teacher on a school music tour. Very very busy area, not ideal for British teenagers unless you are looking for a party/club scene. Very clean and food excellent. Pools are very small and not suitable for a large group. Beach a short walk and perfect for safe swimming.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The room service was good, they were coming everyday to clean the rooms. The food was amazing, every day we had so many deliciuos meals there. The location is near the beach and the stores. Reccommend it🌟

Enjoyed my stay at Maria del mar, rooms were fine, food wasn't fantastic but was okay on some days, all in all, decent hotel

The room I was in had a really bad odor, and it also had trash in some places. The staff wasn’t of much help because when I tried to confront them they just ignored it. I don’t recommend coming to this hotel!
