Great staff and lovely rooms exalwaycellent breakfast at the hotel to always stay there to when visiting my daughter

The location is ideal as a starting point to explore the area. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and cheerful. The cooked meals were excellent, but pricey - this is something one expects from a hotel stay and not an issue for me. The meal portions were too large for my wife and I, but would no doubt suit a healthy eater. Breakfasts were included in the price and covered everybody's tastes. The cappucino was one of the best I have ever had from a vending machine. The rooms were very clean and furnished with a kettle and coffee and tea sachets. The television sound was awful being very muffled, but we did not use it much because of this. The aircon had a problem with the temperature setting which kept defaulting to 22 no matter what setting was chosen. A short distance opposite the hotel was a petrol station, a McDonalds and a Subway offering alternative food to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again in the future.

Nice clean rooms. Hotel very central to get to margate ramsgate and whitstable. Lovely helpful staff. Breakfast was ok and plenty of choice. Nice to see some of the old art deco features have been kept.

Good location, good parking, lovely staff and a handy asda express over the road. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options for everyone. A clean hotel from rooms to communal areas. It's dog friendly and very reasonably priced. We stayed as it was equidistant to Margate and Whitstable. Close to dover for people using the ferry too. We'll definitely stay again as it has everything needed for couples, families and older adults. Thank you!

The hotel has basic furniture, no wardrobes or drawers for putting personal items out of view. The wash basin sink took ages to empty. The kettle had no filter so would take longer to switch off. Breakfast food was always slightly overcooked, especially bacon and sausages. Apart from these niggles it was clean, comfortable bed (very large) changed regularly. The staff very friendly and helpful. Be aware, it only accepts card payments, No cash. Nearby there is an Asda express, a mcdonlds and a pub doing evening meals. Would use it again.

The hotel was perfect for what we wanted, spotless room and bathroom, comfy bed, quiet, everything worked. Staff were great, check in and out so painless. Really good breakfast. Nothing to moan about.

Clean modern basic room with air conditioning and beautiful breakfast.

Very good one night stay, despite being on main road, there was no noise, staff were all very attentive and helpful, breakfast was good Only downside was the postcode given took me to the other side of the road, and the actual hotel is hard to see from the road, until you have driven past it

We only stayed for one night but I can not fault any of the facilities, staff, cleanliness, not forgetting the brilliant breakfast. Only praise for everything.

All good apart from the beds ☹️

The place was clean fresh & very well maintained with the staff being more than helpful, The rooms were very good with nice little touches like led lighting & everything you would need in an overnight stay room, in reception they even had a free ice machine that is an absolute must in this weather & for drinks back at the room. Within the price is a full buffet breakfast as well with more than enough variety. I was very impressed with our stay & would definitely come back again.
