Great option to stay in Villahermosa, the hotel is located in a safety area and very convenient for shopping, business or dinner purposes.

Great location!

Of the hotels in La Choca this one best meet my needs. It had the best pool, the staff was friendly and very helpful, the free shuttle to local spots and to the airport was an unexpected bonus. The free breakfast had good variety and they even packed me a To-Go B’fast to get to the airport on time. Of note: there is only one room for disabled guests; the pool is unfriendly to the disabled. The open walking spaces compensated. If important to you: this was the most family friendly property in the La Choca Park area.

It was pretty good overall

I like the comfort of the beds. I didn’t like the noise from restaurant and that they didn’t deliver my laundry all together. Some of my personal under garments and my girls as well as clothes where not delivered. I had to call receptionist 2 times. I think they either lost it or misplaced it. Finally delivered hours later.

The lady ay te recepción wasn’t in a very good mood, she was rude.

Holiday Inn Express is a good value for your money, I would recommend

I know the hotel was almost empty so one thing I don’t understand is why they had to give a room in the first floor with a view to some plants.

I really enjoyed my stay for 11days, the staff were very friendly, and those in the kitchen were super friendly and attentive, the beds were super confortable, in general I feel very satisfied to have stayed there. 100% recommended.
