Hotel was nice but we booked a double queen room but got 2 full size beds. When we questioned the front desk attendant we were told they don’t have any rooms with queen beds that it is advertised incorrectly. This is extremely disappointing when you book specific rooms for a reason. We were not offered any compensation.

We had a very late check, I called & Samantha was very nice & assured me everything would be ok. When we finally arrived everything went smoothly.

We had a good time. The room was nice and what we wanted. The one thing that was not so nice was that the flooring in the bathroom was starting to curl at the seams. It wasn't bad yet but could definitely feel it when you walked on it. Also the tile around the tub had a piece broken off and was just sitting there. Also in the pool the bathroom needed all the metal fixtures replaced as they were very rusty and corroded. They also had the outside doors all propped open to keep the temperature in the pool area down. And the jets in the hot tub did not work.

I had to pay for the room as my date change ID# I received re-booking was not excepted and I couldn’t use my one key cash monies…..very disappointing!

Suite was perfect for us.

This was a short couple days stay for a graduation the room was beautiful that staff was so kind and helpful and the pool was perfect for the family to unwind with!! We have a large family and the room accomodations were just right for our needs.

This used to be a nicer property. There's a lack of updating in the bathrooms - the grouting needs to be redone, the tile on the bathroom floor was loose like the bathtub had overflowed. They wouldn't give us rooms close to one another because we booked through Expedia. Just not impressed. And it cost way more than other properties we might have selected. Won't go back.

The property is due for a renovation. It wasn't in the best condition, with chipped paint, dents in the fixtures, etc.

Nice hotel room and beds, had an alright sofa bed, it could've been more softer with extra mattress. Kitchenette and dishes, utensils were very nice touch. Everything was clean, staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was good!

Very spacious with comfortable beds. Hot tub was HOT! We ended up changing our reservation for the following night to stay at another Staybridge because of how much we enjoyed our stay here! They even had a social hour with chicken, waffles, and adult beverages for their guests. (They do this I believe Monday through Wednesday nights) highly recommend.
