The room was small for a family of 4 once the sofa bed was up which would only really accommodate 2 small people! Noisy during the 2nd night with doors slamming into the early hours. Breakfast was fine, staff were really helpful and polite.

The room was made up just as requested, the staff were great and the breakfast was lovely.

The room was abit too small for family of 4. The coffee quality wasn’t the best. Luckily we escaped bang group who had breakfast early morning.

We were in a dog friendly room but it was so clean, you’d never have known. Staff so accommodating, prioritised us over a bus load of foreign kids checking in which took pressure of us with our hyper dog. Made him very welcome with treats. Just wish HIE allowed breakfast later than 9.30 on weekdays. It’s far too early when you are on holiday.

Lovely clean room with everything I needed for a work stay. Will definitely be back.
