Miss the days of room service and refreshing towels every day

It was nice. Handle inside had something wrong with it and it didn’t want to open. Told the person at the desk as it was a safety hazard and he said thank you for letting them know.

Check in was great, room was comfortable.

Staff was good Air conditioning did not work

People and staff friendly. Was quiet and peaceful during the night. I would stay again.

The check in was fine and the room was clean and comfortable. I didn’t care for needing to use my card to get out of the room, especially since it seemed to stick sometimes and I had to try it several times just to get out of the room.

Great hotel on Eau Claire’s north side. Modern, clean interior as expected from a Holiday Inn Express. Quiet, tucked-away location and just 2–3 minutes from Kwik Trip, Walmart, and restaurants.

I liked that this location was very clean and well taken care of. I didnt like that the room had a bit of an echo and space heater/ac in the room was a little loud but i made due i would stay again. Also the key cards need an update there were a few times i thought i wasnt getting back into the room or the back entrances of the building because of the sensors

Check in staff had a line waiting behind us and she handled it like a pro. Didnt get flustered & kept things moving.

This is the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff were excellent, and the free breakfast was the best I've ever had... and I've had a lot.

Nice place

We had the 2 Queen Suite room. It was spacious and offered the room we needed. The room was nice, but it could have been cleaned better. The door handle to the bathroom and the sink handles were dirty. The beds were comfy, which was a major bonus. The walls are thin in this hotel. We could hear the people above us; it sounded like they had cement feet. It made it hard to sleep at night. The hot tub and pool area could have been cleaner. The floor in the pool area was dirty, the hot tub water looked milky, and the pool water felt slimy. There was white stuff floating around in the pool and the hot tub. I think it needed a good cleaning. The staff was very nice, I would give them 5 stars for friendliness.

Property is quiet and convenient for those not spending time in Eau Claire but just passing through.

This is a great place to stay! They had some good options for breakfast which I was super pleased with. The pool/hot tub was great and they have a selection of food and drinks that can have the option of being charged to your room! Instead of travel size containers, they have big bottles to use which is eco friendly and a great way to reduce waste. Overall I’m very happy with my stay
