Pleasant experience at this Holiday Inn. Nice staff, easy check in, and convenient dining options nearby if you crave that late night Wendizzle. Conveniently located right on the Trans-Canada Highway (TC 16) for those crossing the country as I was. I had some concerns about theft-related crimes of opportunity around hotel parking lots for travellers in this boundary city, but was absolutely unconcerned on arrival with views of parking out windows and security cameras pointing in all directions around the lot. Great Holiday Inn, I’ll be back the next time I’m heading back to Ontario.

Clean rooms , staff were helpful.

Very quiet room. Very clean. Great water pressure in the shower. Very comfortable bed. Room furniture and decor a bit dated, but in good condition. Plenty of parking.

Please provide laundry bags and please make the soap in the bathrooms scent free for those of us with scent sensitivity

The place was amazing, nice and clean, comfortable bed. The staff on the front desk messed up on our booking, but got it all sorted out. But we loved staying at Holiday Inn it’s always amazing!

Had the most relaxing time. All staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and spacious. Thank you for making my stay comfortable.

The main issue I had is that I have paid for an extra to get a third breakfast. So when I got to the hotel they gave us our coupons. In the morning at the restaurant told us we could use either the coupons for adults or for the children but not both of them. Waitress and check in girl failed to mention important information regarding the coupons. And on top of it I did not get my refund for paying the extra meal

I arrived very late and the staff went out of their way to accommodate me and make me feel at home. The room was very clean and breakfast had everything I needed. Would stay again.

Rooms where clean, but not as fancy as the photos looked. Beds cave in quiet a bit, would be worth upgrading some. But overall it was a good stay.
