The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly.

We stayed here for 3 nights. We loved the front desk staff, the location, and the hotel in general. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that we booked a room that was advertised as “a luxury studio with a king size bed and double sofa bed”, only to find out our bed was “double” (not king, not even queen). My husband is very tall and we didn’t sleep comfortably. The front desk staff told us it is advertised incorrectly and that they’re going to change it to reflect real size of their beds. This hotel doesn’t have a king size bed in any of their rooms. Even if they advertise it as king size bed, it is a double.

The staff was courteous and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Old Québec, which made it easy to explore the area. I especially enjoyed experiencing the city in winter, which added to the charm of my stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was large, the specialty coffee in the lobby was a perfect touch.

The location was great. Our room was lovely (4th floor walkup) was not bad. Remey, at the front desk, helped with our bags and all other aspects of our trip. He was super nice! I did not like the smell of the toiletries they offered.

Room was neat and spotless. Staff was always very kind and helpful. I am older and they asked if I would like a lower floor due to no elevator. I thought that was very caring. Was nice to have on-site parking behind the building, small lot but it did the job.

Remy at the front desk was incredible! He was so kind in helping us find what we needed and so engaging with our daughter. He made our stay truly memorable. The property was beautiful. Exactly what we were looking for.

The location was great inside Old Quebec City so we could easily walk to many restaurants & key attractions. The lobby staff were also very friendly! Our room was a spacious and comfortable stay for our family of 3.

wonnderful clean and well equipped

We stayed one night. Location is perfect. Room 2 queen bed was very comfortable. We had a little issue with our bed and it was solved right away. Bathroom was very big and clean. You have shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as hand wash ( no cream) . Many towels and hair dryer. Receptionist was very friendly, helpful and professional . There is room in the lobby where you can relax. Our room was on 4 floor, there is no elevator, it was okay for my 85 year old mother. We pre booked hotel parking for 28$ which was great! I will be back to this hotel and I recommend to everyone who can walk the stairs.
