The room was nice but when we checked in the door was propped open with the door lock. Didn’t feel comfortable. Also the floor needed to be cleaned better and old coffee grinds we found and smelling in the coffee maker

The room was great for us! The fridge and kitchen area were really useful! The lobby and some common areas were under renovation but it didnt impact our stay. There was hot breakfast in the mornings and the pool was heated which was great! There was a kids baseball team or a number of kids teams staying there also? So alot of running around in the hallways but nothing overbearing. Front desk staff and dining area staff were very friendly. Good experience, I would stay here again.

There was ongoing construction outside and to the interior , which I understand. They are making improvements. The room however, was chosen for the tub and the kitchenette. The tub didn’t work, the sheets for the pull out bed weren’t available , the toaster and stove didn’t work . I had maintenance staff visit 3x in 12 hours . The staff were so sweet and accommodating. Really wonderful people and they did their best to help! Can’t say enough about them!

Literally the only thing I didn't like was that the TV wasn't a smart TV and outdated . Everything else was so perfect

The property was nice and clean. The suite was well furnished. The desk did not have a table light (or some form of lighting) though. Also, only one trash bin i the bathroom only (could have used one in the living room or the bedroom).

The TV has no signal we asked for help from the front desk promised us to send someone to fix it at 5:00 pm ended up nothing happened we asked for another another room since we haven’t touched anything in our room promised there is someone coming to fix the TV soon, then totally ignored the issue without apologizing.

The property was super nice and the staff were very friendly.

Given keys at check in. One room was perfectly fine and the other room was not cleaned, despite it being 4pm and someone else was in our room. Waited over 2 hours to get a new room

Everything was great. Might want to get some vending machines with drinks in your lobby.

Did not honour agreement for price and reward points. Pool area was not impressive. No clean towels. The only ice machine they had was from front desk. Returned with a plastic shopping bag. Not sure how clean it was. Breakfast was terrible . Could write just about that itself. One reason we stayed was because of free breakfast. Just about everything was undercooked. Other cooked items were cold.

The stay was perfect! Front desk was accommodating and rooms are very clean and comfortable.

We chose the two bedroom suite that was to have two Queen in one room and a king in another but when we got there they said they no longer have the rooms with two queens only a king in each room. Hard for siblings(one boy one girl) that are teenagers to sleep in a king together
