AC NOT WORKING PROPERLY. 25C inside room. Could not open the window until 230am when it was more quiet outside etc

The room is extreemly small. Even with a higher rate of ocean view with terrace. There is no space for suite cases. Free breakfast ended of costing $30 per personon for a limitted food items.

The room was fabulous, with fantastic views of the plaza and ocean. Very interesting arrangement with a step down living area and beautiful windows. The interior designer did a fabulous job. The hotel location was in the midst of everything.

Limited breakfast , no laundry availability on Sunday after being told there was, dining room booked for events for 2 nights , no warning ahead of time even the day of which made the experience disappointing

Great location! Beautiful view and nice large balcony. Only complaint was breakfast needs improvement. Overpriced for what you get and staff in the buffet area was not very friendly.

We had the best time here! Bearritz is a beautiful city, but this hotel makes it easy to enjoy the city without even living the room.

The hotel is nice , our terrace faced the ocean and was quite large. Restaurants, shops, and he beach are nearby and walkable . Parking was right around the corner .

Excellent location, right in front of the beach a beautiful view. Close to everything, even though Biarritz downtown is a small. Gallerias Lafayette is next door:)

Great location. Big rooms. Be sure to request a shower. Tub/shower combo is difficult to manoeuvre.

A great hotel in the centre of the town, close to the shops, restaurants and the beach. Room was really nice, with a decent living area separate from the bedroom. Breakfast and dinner options were great, albeit a little expensive. €19 for breakfast and dinner with starters and mains around €25, so not cheap, but very tasty and memorable. Would definitely recommend.
