I was wary of staying at a business hotel so far from town but shouldn’t have been. We stayed in Feb and the hotel was so calm and quiet. The gym, pool and sauna we often had to ourselves, the breakfasts were great and it was once again not too busy. The manager at breakfast was so calm and kind - really impressive. Special shout out to Sergio at reception. Checked us in early and v quickly but amazingly organised a breakfast to take on our super early flight. Easy to get into town especially if you are happy biking which we did our whole stay, there is verenbisi stand outside the hotel

I stayed three nights at this hotel as a female traveler and I found it very safe and reassuring. The rooms are clean, and housekeeping does an excellent job every day. The housekeeping staff truly work very hard and deserve recognition. The reception team is also very professional. However, I do find it a bit excessive to charge for bottles of water. I can understand that bottled water may be paid, but at least one complimentary bottle should be offered upon arrival in the room. After a long flight, sometimes you just want to drink some water without having to pay two euros for a bottle. Having to pay immediately for water feels a little disappointing, especially since even many hotels in Geneva offer a complimentary bottle of water in the room. Aside from that, the value for money is excellent. Everything was very good, and the breakfast was also very complete. The breakfast team was extremely kind and welcoming.

We recently stayed at Sercotel Sorolla Palace in Valencia for four nights and overall had a very good experience. The location is excellent, with plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and useful amenities nearby, making it very convenient for both business and leisure stays. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made for a relaxing visit. The staff were attentive, professional, and friendly throughout our stay, and that really stood out. Breakfast was good in terms of quality, but there were not many organic or health-focused options for more health-conscious guests. The hotel restaurant was acceptable, though the menu was quite limited and the food was not particularly special. Parking was available, but I found it relatively expensive. One small disappointment was that there were no complimentary items in the room, not even a bottle of water and it felt like everything came at an additional cost. Overall, it’s a 4-star experience thanks to the location, cleanliness, and service, but a few improvements in dining options and added amenities would make it even better.

Pros: friendly staff, clean rooms, the restaurant for dinner was decent Cons: micro sauna for such a big hotel, the pull is basically covered in the winter time and had bad smell. I imagine it is much more pleasant in the summer time. Breakfast was acceptable, but there were no vegetables except tomatoes. No salads whatsoever. A tough offering for vegetarians. And food is the same every day. Rooms didn’t have a toilet brush (why???). No bottle of water or a tea pot. The location is literally on the edge of the city. Getting to the center by bus takes 45 min if you are lucky.

Stayed here in the low season. Great facilities, size of room, room service and general upkeep, all being a short walk from Empalme metro station. But gym equipment needs to be checked as some was out of order, and staff - whilst very helpful - may not go that extra mile that would secure 5 stars. But would stay again in the future.
