Four star hotel with a 1 star Manager !!
Wow what a shock this was !!
Being an owner of an apartment on the resort my belief of the whole place was A1, however my time this week involved staying at hotel for 4 nights before reverting back to my apartment was in absolute shock at the lack pf professionalism and understanding of customers by teh "manager" to which if im honest led to a confrontation however was villified by onlookers who in turn told the manager that his actions were disgraceful !!
Needless to say that whilst the hotel was nice, overall staff was excellent the "Manager" needs to realise that he is in the "hospitality" industry and that his voice and shouting does not earn any resoect of customers...
I would say that Ona Hotels need to read this and take note..I am more than happy to discuss tthis directly however feel justified to air my opinion as the manger is not open to "talking" with paying guests !
