Amazing place Love to visit back again

Everything was excellent except housekeeping rooms weren’t done, for 3 out of 4 days and when they got done were not done well

I usually travel within US and I was so surprised about the high standards of cleanliness and room amenities! I booked 1 bedroom room and I got a luxury condo according to US standards. Kitchen, balcony with giant BBQ. OMG what a deal.

Rooms and hot tub were great. Some plumbing issue in units above were fixed promptly and communication about it was caring. My family had 3 units whivhvwere all different layouts. I would have liked to see the layouts, but I went throughvExpedia.

Room is nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautifully located on the edge of Canmore. Staff and service was amazing and the room was clean, organized with everything you could need! Small fridge, microwave for leftovers, all dishes and essential utensils...and a dishwasher to help with cleanup! A short walk to explore the treasures and views in the town of Canmore and only a 23 minute drive to Banff. The mountain view hot tub is a must! We will be back!

Loved our stay and were treated very well by all staff. One of the hot tubs seemed quite dirty and there was garbage around the area left by previous guests. Our room was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay.

Great little hidden gem!! Perfect for groups. Loved the suite aspect, getting to have lots of room, 2 separate bedrooms, kitchen/dishwasher etc. Excellent value. Only complaint is that one of the hot tubs wasn’t warm at all, but the other one was fine (not overly hot but definitely good enough!)

Beds are comfortable but covers ie sheets and comforter very light. Felt cold sleeping. Need a heavier comforter/quilt to feel cozy. Location is walkable to downtown if you walk thru Spring Creek complex. Parking underground is convenient however entrance to parkade is very tight turn for larger SUV

Check in was seamless and staff were great. We really liked how comfortable the beds were.

Pleasantly surprised with our room. Price was very low compared to other places in the area, so I checked the reviews which were mostly very good, so I thought we would give it a go. King suite was very spacious and clean. Will definitely be back.

Everything was great, only small issue was that the Netflix did not work in the living room and I had to pull the bedroom TV off the wall to plug in the DVD player. Not big issues, we very much enjoyed our stay!
