Didn’t like anything about this propert, felt unsafe like the doors could be kicked in at any moment and some had been at one time. Air conditioners was held in with pool noodle that had fallen out the back, husband had to actually go outside and stuff back, on the inside there were gaps that the hot air flowed freely into the room, tv did not work. Staff didn’t seem to hear or understand what he was saying. Would NEVER stay there again nor recommend it

This was absolutely the worst maintained place I have ever stayed in. It was dirty and disgusting. The bathtub looked like it had never been cleaned and water had collected under the vinyl. The back sliding door had been pried open previously and there was a safety bar on it. The blinds were destroyed or missing slats. There were unfortunately drug addicts all around the property which made it feel very unsafe especially for our vehicles and contents. The staff did the best they could but the property is revolting.

They advertise a pool, hot tub but neither are maintained, so they are shut down. The aircondioner barely works. Broken blinds to the court room, so people can see in the room, and bright lights at night.

Very run down, but still clean overall. Pools were not in service. Lots of parking around the property. Bathroom could certainly use an upgrade. The room itself was quite spacious and well set up. But definitely an older building

There was no water in the pool …the grounds were unkempt…the room was in need of paint and bathroom very shabby…chairs a bed skirts need replacing . The trim work and door need work and the ceiling very yellowed ! In other words the room and the whole complex need serious work! Would not recommend to anyone!!!

So bad! A guy tried getting into our room saying he was given our room. When we were already booked and in our room!

Rooms are not cleaned properly towels where still dirty a lot of the lights are not working in the rooms and the tubs where flaking apart do not recommend

The room is not that clean it needs to be renovated and the utensils also they didn’t wash

Booked room via Expedia. Definitely worth the price we paid. Pictures online of the property are NOT current. The place is run down, looks abandoned. There were bird nests in the eaves above the lobby entrance and above our room door, bird droppings everywhere. The court yard we accessed from the room was okay-ish. The patio table we sat at was dirty (had chery pits stuck to it). There was a pile of grass clippings under the table. The room was questionable also. No smoke detector. No plug for bathtub. Took over five minutes to get hot water for a shower. Heat lamp bulb in bathroom burnt out and looked like it had shorted out. Some places in the room hadn't been cleaned/wiped down/dusted for a very long time. Bed sheets had stains. Pool was out of commission too. The only good thing was the young lady that checked us in was polite and the mini fridge in the room worked. Other than that, would not recommend it to anyone.

Pool was closed for who knows how long balcony was hard to lock and screen was broken, bedroom had no screens, burners on stove did not work, lights in entry was did not work, def needs updating and major renovations for it to be in the cost range they charge, I’ve stayed here for years and as the years progress the owners have not kept up the property, I don’t think I would stay here again until they do the proper maintenance it requires, I’ll be looking elsewhere but if your looking for unclean property, garbage over flowing many amenities not working and unable to lock doors than this place is for you

I rented a room for my son and they wouldn’t rent it to him because he didn’t have my credit card. I tried to get a refund from Expedia but they wouldn’t do it

Dirty rooms, unmaintained. Pools were not usable and haven't been for a long time. The pictures and description are very misleading. Expedia should not offer this place. Would never stay again. If we hadn't been only staying one night and checked in late, would not have stayed

The property was not cared for, blocked windows with boards almost half of the resort rooms, the floor was so dirty that our feet turned black, there was hairs in the bathtub when we arrived and stayed there until I cleaned it, Counter tops were sticky, and the bed sheets were stained. There was no water in the pool and an old dirty BBQ. This is not a good place for your stay. the only one thing that was good is the location.

False advertising -picture looks gorgeous with a pool and beautiful garden and yard and it was not at all like that. Pool empty and full of old furniture! Yard not nice, cupboard door falling off! Worst place we’ve ever stayed!

Where do I even start?!? This place was horrible. Not clean! At all!!! The pictures that they show are delusional! Listen to all the reviews and find another place! HANDS DOWN! Go! Go find another place!
