Cute Hotel

You won’t ever find a parking!

We enjoyed our stay at casablanca apartments. The rooms were big and the kitchen was very well equipped. Bins were emptied daily. The location was great for buses. The main disappointment though was the attitude of the reception staff when we asked for more toilet roll. They made us feel ashamed to ask for more (i suffer stomach issues) and one of them wouldnt give us another role (and wasnt very kind about it) so we had to ask their collegue. In addition they wouldnt give us more washing up liquid (we were there for 8 nights so got through the small bottle within a few days). It was as if they didnt want us to wash up our dishes and perhaps to use towels for toilet roll! Besides that it was lovely.

Exceptional

I've stayed at Casablanca Apartments many times. Some areas may seem dated, but it is very comfortable complex and extremely clean and friendly staff. A library is in the basement, with showers & a luggage room if your flight is after checking out of your apartment. Balconies are small, some with just enough room for table & 4 chairs. Kitchens well equipped & full cooker. Lovely pool area with plenty of sunloungers. Pool towels available with refundable deposit. You can hire a safe in the apartment.

Very good for families.

The hotel is in a great location and the pool and evening entertainment was nice. Great touch on the welcome drinks in the lobby for guests. The rooms need a refresh and are a little dated looking. Need better equipment in the in suite kitchens. No spatula or can opener and limited pots and pans. Set up a tanning area away from the pool so that those who want to use the pool can find a chair to dry off.

The outdoor pool was lovely. On site dining and easy location to walk into town.

Everything was fine. It was all clean.

Beautiful property. Very helpful, kind and welcoming staff at the hotel and restaurant. Nice music and show at dinner time. Beautiful pool with easy access (ramp and easy stairs as well) nice architecture. Wonderful stay!!!!

A very well managed complex geared to the comfort of its clients. Very clean and with good amenities e.g.restaurant, library, pool tables, nightly entertainment etc. The swimming pool is clean but proportionately small for the number of units. Excellent location:Close to food stores, restaurants, downtown & waterside promenades & beach (rocky). Despite advertising airport transfer ( for fee) only provided from TFS NOT TFN. Disappointing because not clear on hotels.com description. But the public bus service travels from the north airport & stops nearby. I would stay here again.

Not quite at the city centre / beach side but walkable distance. Parking available for EUR 5, but the entry card did not even work even though the reception said they activated it. Rooms are big (suite style) and clean, but no air conditioning despite the hot/warm weather in Tenerife. The oldish lady at reception treated Spanish-speaking people and non-Spanish speaking people with different attitudes - arrogant and somewhat disrespectful. The other staff less so but not very welcoming either. Spanish speaking people go ahead and stay here: good value for the price. English speaking people go somewhere else.

Fantastic staff that are attentive and helpful, from the reception staff to the restaurant team they are all very very good and help to make your stay wonderful, the apartments are very clean and have everything you need including towels, we will definitely be back in the future Well done to everyone though as the hotel wouldn’t be what it is without the staff 👏👏

Staff always greet you, a nice touch.

We were greeted by very friendly front of house who allowed us to have an early check in.. The complex is extremely clean and the staff are all hard working.. The appartment was fully equipped with everything you need to make yourselves a cooked dinner or a light lunch.. I would recommend this complex for couples and families.. The laundertte is 3 euros for the washing machine and the same for the dryer in 50c pieces, which the reception will provide you with change.. The site is located on a steep hill, which could be quite tricky for the less able walkers..Over we had a fantastic stay and will be back for another visit in the future..

Fabulous place. Everything is spotless. Great location for using local buses to explore the island.

This was a repeat visit but our 1st since lockdown and we were pleased to see the usual high standards had been maintained, in every single aspect of the resort. Prices in the bar - for food and drinks - were so reasonable with generous measures of both food and drink! Everybody is so friendly on site and they were extremely quick to respond to 2 tiny problems we had (broken kettle and wrong code put in the safe). The free on-site parking is a bonus because elsewhere it's at a nightmare to find a space. The pool is thoroughly cleaned every morning and there are free pool towels provided. The evening entertainers were varied and of a fairly decent standard. Lots of people were up dancing. We did self-catering but lots of people ate on site so I guess it must be pretty good.

Friendly staff who were very accommodating. Cleanliness. Pool is a bit small and restaurant did not offer high quality food. Rooms were a bit noisy (bad insulation). However overall a very pleasant stay!!
