They over booked the rooms. I drove 5 hours to Appleton from Saint Paul and didn't even get a room which I reserved a room 3 weeks in advance. Stupid Hotel.

Poorly trained staff, television did not work properly. Dirty room and chairs. Poor to no wi fi.

When we checked in our room was not made up from previous guests. We were going to leave and request a refund.The hotel was booked and the area hotels seemed to be full as well. It soon became apparent that Cynthia was the only staff in the hotel. So we waited while she cleaned the room. In the meantime other guests came to ask for towels because they hadn't gotten any. Two guests reported that when they checked in someone else was in their room. I don't know who would have been responsible for that mix up. And the phone was ringing a lot. Cynthia kept her cool, she was patient and courteous while having a terrible lot to deal with. Management needs to step up. The hotel is old , carpeting old, place needs attentions. And there is no elevator.

Room was clean, breakfast was basic. The only negative was that there were no sidewalks to walk to local establishments.

Convenient location but the hotels was lack of towels, no tissue paper, table light and refrigerator is not working. Bathroom fan switch was not working properly. Not very clean hotel, but was ok for last minutes booking.

The first thing I noticed was the whole hallway smelled like cat pee. My room had an empty toilet paper roll. No washcloth or tissue was provided. And at 10:50 AM some guy knocked on the door and opened it without even asking if he could come in to tell me check out is at 11. I could have been getting dressed or something and I am a single female in the room by myself so that really upset me. also, the front desk was littered with garbage from food and drinks.

Bed uncomfortable,cable garbage,you can't go in but one way which if you have a lot of luggage you can't get in no other way ,not friendly

Hotel was clean and quiet. It could use some cosmetic upkeep and basic maintenance. Pet-friendly. Convenient location. Served its purpose as a cost effective place to sleep while visiting family.

I DID NOT LIKE THE CURTINS IN THE BEDROOM THEY WERE BROKEN

Nice and quite area; great for quick 1 day stop.

I canceled my reservation less than 1 hour after i made it because i had a mix up in dates and they would not refund me. Poor service. People make .mistakes .

Went to Packers game. Stayed 2 nights. Price was very fair. Close to restaurants downtown, and business. Would stay there again.

The rooms was filthy.no ole to hang clothes, the coffee pot still had the used pod in it, the tub had no drain plug, the carpet was stained, the corners in the bathroom were filthy, the nightstand had sticky stuff on it , the stair car was filthy. Also the breakfast was terrible. It had , waffles, bagels , bread and cereal. The pan for hot food was totally empty.

No tv, no coffee pot.

My room was clean. Did hear another guest complain about their room being dirty. It was hot. The air conditioner was plugged into a surge suppressor that was being used as an extension cord. The air conditioner was small for the room and outside temps. It ran the whole day and night to keep up. The next day, temps were lower and it did ok keeping up. The carpet in the hallway and stairs was older. There was no elevator.

Stained bed sheets and pillow cases and towels.Really dirty room.I was there 3 days-never any room service,even after I requested it.Eggs cold three days in a row.TV no local channels.Nobody to check me out at 6:30AM. Nobody there.
