I found that some members of staff should be more smiling (e.g. staff at the restaurant) or more customer-centric (e.g. check-in and check-out at the reception very transactional; not a warm welcome and at the check-out nothing like thank you for staying with us or we hope you enjoyed your stay, we look forward to seeing you again). There's definitely room for improvement in this area .
