The room was very clean and a lovely size. We stayed in a signature suite. My only negative would be while swimming although the large hot tub says adults only there was a lady in there with a child and the staff dont pay attention to tell them their not allowed in there. I didnt go in the pool as there was a lot of children in there. Staff should be more aware. The girl sat there paying no attention to anyone or anything.

We had an issue with the room to begin with. The room hadn’t been fully cleaned so just asked reception. They offered us a room upgrade which was fantastic. Beautiful hotel, lovely amenities and great options for breakfast.

A great experience

Room and hotel was lovely. Service outstanding. Food was a bit over rated but breakfast was lovely. But of a money pit with parking being 25 a night and everything there being a lot of money on top of your stay. That said we had a lovely time.

The room, the breakfast, the amenities and the spa

The staff at breakfast were quite rude not very approachable and we paid quite abit to stay for one night and the facilities at the pool were limited very disappointing as you would expect the full facilities with price paid

A comfortable stay at a once grand hotel, however it is fading and heading towards being another aldephi. It’s in need of an overhaul in many areas.

Beautiful Christmas stay rooms and restaurants A1 the only let down was the Christmas lunch which was cold uninviting and very small we were extremely disappointed with it and still very hungry afterwards

Lovely hotel , great facilities

Parking fees on top of an overpriced stay? No bath in a room with a balcony as paid extra? Lifts are a waste of time if the hotel is full as only 3 lifts which were usually full and a stay on the 9th floor through cold undecorated stairwells is not fun. Breakfast at the price set if not included is a rip off as even trying to queue for toast and coffee/tea is unacceptable. Lack of staff seems to be the overall problem and it’s beginning to affect their ratings.

Everything is was absolutely amazing

Accommodation was impressive and impeccable, the staff in the whole were great and high quality across the site. What wasn't made clear when booking from hotels.com was the £100 safety deposit per room so had to free up £200 for this. Also the parking is very expensive, there is no free parking near the hotel. This wasn't made clear either. So hidden costs.

Stayed for one night for my boyfriend birthday. The room was lovely and spacious very clean. We had food at the grill across the golf course food was lovely. Definitely would stay again

A clean hotel, room fully stocked and clean. No complaints, the breakfast was delicious variety available. Will stay again

The hotel is good with plenty of places to eat and drink, however when we stayed over Twixmas it was far too busy. The staff in the restaurants were over run and the service and the food wasn't to the standard you would think. when trying to book the pool, we were told it was done however when we got to the pool it hadn’t been booked for either day. The room was clean and well presented.
