The Broome Park hotel is a wonderful place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. We relaxed and unwound enjoying the walking paths, spa, and pool. The golf course looks amazing but another time.

A lovely classic hotel with grounds. Nice breakfast if a little restricted, and lovely bar food, plus a useful and easy car charger. Pool a little on the cool side and limited changing sreas. I couldnt get the showers to get warm. Bedroom very comfy, though i couldnt understand the reasoning behind check-out by 10am but breakfast till 1030. I did try and arrange a slightly later check out to match the breakfast timings, but was told i would be charged extra, which on top of the room price seemed a bit silly.

While breakfast service had been ransacked by a 12 top turn up, staff were friendly and helpful, apologetic where needed and we have no complaints about the room, service or other food we ordered. Pleasant stay in beautiful surrounds!

Beautiful hotel - we had a great stay. Staff were brilliant and the restaurant and food were fantastic Shame the pool isn’t heated as it meant we couldn’t use it for long Lodge was good but sofas worn out and grubby

Really lovely place to stay. The view from our bedroom was beautiful (well-manicured golf course) and our bathroom was brand new. Our room was clearly well sound-proofed as we didnt hear a thing when we were in our room (Kimberley). Service was kind and polite. There is no sauna anymore but there is a swimming pool. Decent breakfast. Only slight issue was we noticed an electric socket was a bit loose, other than that couldnt have faulted the stay.

Overall we enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Broome Park Hotel. There were certainly more pluses than minuses !! The Staff were great, particularly Caroline on reception and Emily D and Sara in the Restaurant who all went that extra mile to make our stay a pleasant experience. Food was good, although the limited Menu didn’t change ! It was the small things that were most disappointing: Very little practical storage space in the room. Power sockets not in the best room positions. Only 2 coat hangers in the room, although Caroline did obtain some more for us. No lift as it was a Grade 1 listed building - not made clear when booking ! Our room was also changed and we found ourselves having tackle 4 flights of stairs ! Which my Wife found difficult ! The Hotel is full of character and set in a lovely location, with Golf and Spa facilities close at hand and within close distance to Canterbury. Despite the minor negatives, we would certainly recommend Broome Park for a country break !

Poorly equipped for handicapped individuals. No guest rooms on the ground floor. No lifts to the upper floors. About 35 steps from ground level to floor one and about twice that for higher floors.

We had an amazing stay at Broome Park. It’s such an impressive building that’s well maintained, and the rooms are really impressive to make your stay feel all the more special. We loved having a drink in the bar, finding the snooker room and having a go and enjoying the view from our window whilst enjoying our morning coffee in bed :)

Lovely old character style hotel. Friendly staff in reception let my colleague and I have a few holes of golf before sunset with no charge. Well priced drinks and food. The lady serving in the bar was grumpy but that was the only negative. Would highly recommend

Beautiful stately home converted into a hotel. The room we had was in the East Wing with a large Georgian bay window and a four poster bed. We had lunch on arrival which was excellent. Unfortunately the breakfast was dismal. We expected a proper cooked breakfast but instead there was a buffet laid out which was very bland and cold. It left a of sour taste on our stay. Literally. Other than that the staff were excellent.

Absolutely loved it out in the lodge. So peaceful and quiet but with everything you need. I could hear all the animals around me. Breakfast was fab definitely with the money as you get a Buffett and a cooked breakfast.
