Lovely relaxing holiday hotel

This property is advertised as being pet-friendly but in practice it is not so that was very disappointing.

Lovely hotel in beautiful setting . Gorgeous beaches a few steps away. Staff very friendly and most helpful. Rooms comfortable and spotless. Had a brilliant stay.

Lovely quiet room which was a good size. Very friendly welcome and all staff were welcoming and helpful. Lovely pool but limited sun beds but within a couple of minutes walk to a beach. Had a good value meal in the evening. The bed was too firm for us which impacted on our sleep. The toilet is separate to the bathroom which made both rooms feel small. No aircon and being on the ground floor with the access to car park outside the room we couldn’t leave the windows open overnight.

The staff couldn't do enough to help. Very convenient for the bus stop to St Peter Port. Food was great, particularly the evening meals. Very close to the sea, and I would have made more of the pool if the weather had been a bit more favourable!

Excellent hotel, rooms good but need air con or windows that open more, not pleasant when warm at night. Restaurant and bar area Excellent

We had a lovely 5 day break at The Peninsula Hotel! The Staff were wonderful so friendly ! Nothing was too much trouble ! We have a lot of family in Guernsey , so next time we stay it will definitely be The Peninsula ! One thing that would make it even better! New mattress on beds !!!!

Staff are very welcoming great place to relax very comfortably and convenient for a short break away. Stayed here twice now lovely place will definitely return.

My second visit now to this hotel. Excellent location and love the quirkyness of the internal surroundings and external also .

We stayed 1 night and were very well treated. The staff are friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Room was clean and fresh with a large comfortable bed. We dined in at the hotel's restaurant where we had a truly superb meal, beautifully cooked and presented. Would reccomend for the food alone. We hope to come again for longer!

Good setting near the beach. Good Wifi and working facilities if on a business trip. Clean and comfortable room and bed. Pleasant and welcoming staff, especially the person who checked me in.
