Great location and free bikes.

Beautiful property, helpful staff. We arrived after departing a cruise ship, so we were there at 10am fully expecting to leave our bags at the bell desk for the day until 4pm check in, but they welcomed us with open arms and got us into our room right then and there! We ate at the hotel restaurant with the $10 off coupon. Took about 20 minutes to get our cocktail after ordering (only a couple of other patrons), and all of our food came at the same time even though we asked for appetizer first. Last, while we were clearly saying grace (prayer), the person interrupted to place our pizza at my plate. Our actual server respectfully waited.

Very pleased with our stay. From a very attentive staff to well-appointed accommodations, the hotel exceeded our expectations. Great location for dining, shopping and exploring the city. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful - very classy and sparkling clean. The exercise room, steam rooms, and heated pool were top notch. The location was very central - within walking distance or a short cab ride from everything we wanted to see. The hotel staff were all very courteous and customer service oriented. We will absolutely stay here again.

The parking is valet, so positive for keeping the car safe in the city. The location is perfect, since Japadog and Jonya Ramen is a walking distance. The staff is very friendly, accommodating, and better in service quality than a majority of big name hotel chains. It is a condo/hotel. The amenities are super nice and they got a big chess board to play with. The beds are extremely comfy, soft, and ac is ice cold. They have chromcast, so watching my apps like Netflix or Hulu is a breeze. Internet is fast. I would stay here if you got the budget to do it. If the manager reads this, do me and other customers a solid to please give the staff a raise. They need it for how expensive Vancouver is to live and keep them for our next return. Thank you to the staff for being so kind and welcoming. Best hotel experience.

The staff helped us get into a room early and the only thing we didn't like about this hotel was that they sprayed everything and everywhere with scent. It was the only hotel in Canada that we stayed in that used pervasive scent.

Beautiful hotel, kind staff very attentive.

I always love staying at L'Hermitage when in Vancouver (although it is small so book ahead if possible). The staff are so friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the cleaning staff, and the rooms are light and airy. And it is located just minutes from great shopping, dining and entertainment options. Staying here is a real treat.

Hotel is great and love the amenities and boutique feel. Definitely recommend as one of the best hotels in Vancouver. Unfortunately never got acknowledged about my niece's grad which I noted when I reserved. Too bad as this was a special occasion. Going to put this as a one off s last time service was excellent. They remembered me and my request of peppermint tea.

Staff went above and beyond, excellent experience. Yogurt was DELICIOUS. Will be back!
