Thought the property and facilities were all of a high standard. We found it a little confusing as to how to find own property but we got there in the end. Games room was a great addition. Food and service in restaurant were also good. Would definitely consider visiting again.

Excellent all round

Lovely and welcoming place. Our villa was spotless and fully equipped with a washer dryer and a dishwasher. The washing machine came in handy after we got back from swimming, as we didn’t need to bring wet towels back home with us. The restaurant had lovely dishes at a reasonable price, but try to book early because they are always busy. We had a nice relaxing time, we wish we stayed longer.

Good well equipped appt - pleasant & quiet location. Swim pool on site but too crowded for serious swim. On site restaurant ok for basic fare. A relaxing three nights.

Excellent location, area around apartments is immaculate. 9/10 would get a 10 but knocked a point off as bar is shut during day, so no where to get a coffee/drink on site till 5pm

Clean and well equipped apartment

We spent 2 nights here and found ALL staff really friendly and helpful. Most especially in the restaurant and bar. They were excellent. We had a lovely relaxing break with a pool and a spa and a restaurant. We were not expecting much for the price but will definitely be back. I have stayed in many hotels and I was very happy with the room and cleanliness. The facilities for self catering are unbelievable for the price. I would just like to say that the restaurant portions and food were really really good value for money. I am a huge eater and struggled to eat 2 courses. We had planned on eating in local restaurants but loved it so much we ate both nights on site. Great staff, great food and drink and evenings were thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you all for your hard work in making everything perfect for us.

Well located accommodation for a visit to Cromer. Great villa with everything you need for a short break. Fabulous customer service and a good restaurant if you want to eat onsite.

Terrible check in. I was forced to handover cash in case of any damages I caused. I’m not sure who usually stays there for this to happen but I’ll not be staying again. I was told this in the T & Cs small print. If I didn’t pay i couldn’t check in and I wouldn’t get a refund from the booking.

Modern, well equipped, clean, spacious accommodation

The chalet was clean, lovely and plenty of room,big living area, everything you need in the kitchen for a longer stay, storage and equipment, hoover, iron and board... Really pleased with everything,check in, parking and the food in the restaurant was fantastic,loved spending time in the pool and sauna, even got some exercise with the cliff walk to Cromer town, we will definitely be booking again. Great trip thank you !!
