Lovely hotel great location

Amazing hotel!

Excellent rooftop bar, loved the quirkiness with furnishings, great area. Our room faced the road so could be noisy first thing in the morning with trams

I liked much about the hotel. The roof top bar and location were excellent. My room was remote and dark with unusual art, not so keen.

Cool hotel. Small but well designed rooms. Great location & great Vienna arthouse vibe.

The first floor was under construction and we were not aware of this. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable. No housekeeping whatsoever even when requested.

This place has a great vibe! The staff was super helpful and the park next to the hotel was a bonus. We really appreciated the complementary stocked refrigerator. The lobby was a great place to hang out! Loved everything about 25hour except the hallways leading to the rooms. The hallway lighting, carpet and wall decor was creepy. The circus theme works in the rest of the property but the hallways were not good.

I am a regular so I may be biased. They consistently provide a great experience. Staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to help the guests. The hotel is also very reasonably priced. I have not been paid for this review 😃

25hours has an off-beat character that I really liked. Odd phrases posted in various locations and on the pillows gave it a unique and friendly vibe. The breakfast was a huge variety and quite good. Housekeeping must be requested in advance. I didn't mind. The bed was comfortable. Overall, I had a very good stay.

Really good hotel. Location is perfect Alina quiet are near the museums. Service is friendly and helpful at all levels. Rooms are on the small side but fully equipped. Free minibar annd a small chocolate and the rooftop terrace was fenomenal. Sauna and steam room available for all guests

Room floor wasn’t clean and there was dust piles up one wall. We booked to rooms - paid for last year. We were told:- One room paid for the other wasn’t! Told we had only booked one room! Then told we owed for a night ! Also told everything was ok. The hotel took £336 out of our account - told by the manager it was policy to take any deposit amount that they felt like Breakfast very expensive- 29euro (lots of cheaper options available nearby) Asked for a taxi to airport and was quoted 60 euros. We booked direct for 40 euros. In one room the aircon didn’t work and wasn’t fixed…… I’ll stop here as I don’t normally complain.

Quirky, relaxed, well-located for museums and transport links to the rest of Vienna. Lovely staff.

Location is very convenient. Breakfast is overpriced and poor selection of cereals, yogurts fresh fruit

The hotel is amazing! It’s the place to be. The amenities and facility are fantastic. The rooftop bar, the downstairs bar, the workout rooms. All the little details in your room like free fridge items and anything you could need like a speaker. They had thought of every little thing and it was a real treat getting to stay here. I already can’t wait to be back!
