The lobby’s air conditioning was not working. We were eating breakfast in the heat.

Comfy bed!

Terrible

The lock on the door appeared to be in poor working order and it was very hard to open. We had trouble also with the card key opening the door and had to request a new one. The remote control for the television was also not working and we had to have someone come out twice to give us another one. Also the phone in the room was not working during our stay.

Friendly

Nice bed, good pillows, super quiet- I think they have soundproofing because I was next to the ice machine and never heard a thing.

Watching TV was horrible. ROFU Their Internet service was iffy at best. Also was unaware of an "incidental" fee that I had to pay. It was returned after they checked out the room. No USB ports in the room.

Pleasant and friendly environment

Great hotel.

There were roaches in the room, the bathroom floor wasn't mopped before i checked in and there was hair and urine on the floor. The shower had hot water though.

Building Needs to be updated is very outdated . Restroom toilet kept running. Furniture needs to be replaced. Mattress was old.

Front desk was very helpful and accommodating, got my check in so that I could make my appointment a little faster due to a late arrival. Thumbs up thank you Comfort Inn.

I had a pleasant stay here. I like the security. The location puts you in the middle of whatever you want to do.

Air conditioner cover was detached, lying on the floor, but it worked fine, so we just left it there. Inexpensive simple clean room and decent bed. Fine for our needs. Definitely not fancy!
