Super convenient location if you are visiting the Gettysburg battlefield park. Like other reviews, the hotel is dated. But when you are aware of that going into it then it meets your expectations. Beds were very comfortable. Large indoor pool area. I cannot comment on the pool as we did not swim. But we enjoyed sitting out on our little balcony overlooking the pool and people watching. The continental breakfast was the highlight I would give it 10/10 for variety. It wasn’t all bread/carbs like some other continental breakfasts, it actually had protein options too. Overall we had good experience staying here.

Unfortunately we were rather disappointed. The room was very unappealing. Paint was peeling in the bathroom and aside of the bed. Shower curtain was on backwards with no liner. A floor mat was on the tub and towel rack leaving us short on towels. The provided body wash, shampoo and lotion were open and there was a dried up contact on the floor of the bathroom. The balcony was nice however one would expect Adirondack chairs or lounge chairs however there was one Adirondack chair and several mismatched kitchen table chairs. The halls were poorly lit and the carpet is in desparate need of repair as it bunched up in the walkways and pose a tripping hazard. The amenities are not clearly labeled and no hotel map is provided. We were not able to locate the resturant at all. The breakfast provided included undercooked eggs and only one waffle station that had 6 people waiting. The fried potatos were good amd thankfully they had cereal and applesauce. We were very disappointed. The rooms do not match the photos and lighting is terrible overall. Tv is not mounted on the wall and is on the dresser.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean but plain. Weve stayed ere twice before and they have made pbvious improvements.

The hotel was OK. I had an issue with them running the vacuum cleaner at 9:30 at night right by My Room. I think the room should’ve been clean by the time I checked in and I checked in at 3:00 PM and I think the hotel is being renovated, but it looks kinda outdated

We had small children looking to swim. There were 2 signs stating an inappropriate message. Consequently youngest asking what that meant. Pool area was filthy.

horrible quality for price paid. fake pictures on ads place is a dump. dirty and unkept very unsafe inside and out will never stay here again traveler beware

Had pool side room, still very quiet and everything was easily available. Breakfast was good and kids had a blast at the arcade! Will definitely come back

This property was filthy. The bathroom had hair on the floor, the toilet was disgusting (the seat had blood and feces on it). Part of the hotel was Being renovated and this was not reflected in the photos that are posted on the site. When informed them about rendition the room, i was told that they could not switch my room and, since i had checked in about an hour before complaining (we checked in then went to eat before going up to the room), they couldn’t guarantee that WE hadn’t made the mess.

We enjoyed the Eisenhower very much. Comfortable beds, clean room, nice shower. Good breakfast selections. Close to the battlefield without having to fight with traffic downtown. We’ll be staying here again!

The breakfast was good and always well-stocked.

Room was not ready despite arriving around 5 pm. Same issue for 3 to 4 people ahead of us. Went to eat and came back to no one at front desk. Had to wait 10 minutes. Room dated and not clean. Insufficient lighting in parking area. There appeared to be lights, but they weren't onnor were non-functional...not sure. Photos in advertisements looked nice, but once in lobby you can see place is not well maintained. I wouldn't stay here agsin.positives: good water pressure, plenty of hot water, comfortable (soft) pillows.

Please have doors propped open and the locks to the doors did not work so you didn’t have to use your key to get in

It was clean and basic and just what we needed for our weekend in Gettysburg. Close to town and the battlefield. Bar on site and room service. It's an economy family and dog friendly hotel.

Overall it was nice. I loved the warm pool!! Wish they handed out maps of the facility that also had times for breakfast and when the pool was open. It would of been helpful.

The check in, was bad, the room wasn't ready at 6:30, so we have to wait 20 minutes

When we arrived the front desk staff was very kind. The hotel looks nice and seems to be newly remolded. But once we got to our rooms the bathroom was not cleaned from the previous guest. We called and asked the front desk to send someone up to clean it. We waited no one never came to clean it. We decided to checkout not long after checking in due to how filthy our room was and that no one was coming to clean it. Again the front desk staff were very kind but we refuse to stay in a filthy room. Having checked out not long after checking in , not staying the night. The hotel refused to get in contact with us/expedia to offer a refund.
