Overlooking little outdoor pool . Not family friendly- terrible if you are booking this place as family with kids. Cramp room. Dated, reused toiletries. Avoid this place at any cost

Great spa and good food for a couple of days.

It was clean and comfortable but no drink making facilities which is a pretty normal basic. It is a pain to have to go out and buy every drink from the bar especially first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Plus the towels were really small

English speaking traveler, visited twice and found everything very nice. Desk staff was very friendly and they speak English very well. The breakfast buffet is great, but pricey.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is clean, the staff is helpful, located in a nice suburban area. The spa is one of the best! However, no coffee machine in the room:(, available though in the hotel restaurant any time. 15-20 minutes on commuter rail to the city center, no problem. But, on my way back to the airport, luckily found out on time, that the train service was suspended at Barkardy station, because of repair works. Had to book a taxi service last minute. Will recommend Welcome Hotel to others. Just keep in mind it's not a 5 star hotel, and not in the city center.

This was my third business stay at this hotel. The service is good, food is good and the rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in the area.

A place to stay that is cosy and warm on a cold winter night away from Covid sick family.

Had a couple of issues but they were handled. Nice staff at restaurant and good food. Convenient location to subway system.

Overall, we had a nice stay at Welcome Hotel. Reception staff was very nice and service minded. We arrived at the hotel around midnight and struggled to get in as the sliding doors were switched off. We knocked on the door but the reception was packed with people drinking and having a good time so no one heard or saw us. We eventually got in and it felt like we had arrived at a youth hostel. The receptionist apologised for the noise and confusion and we got our room quickly. Breakfast on weekdays finish at 9.30am, which is too early. They seem to aim towards business customers on weekdays and spa clients at the weekend.

Great service, friendly staff, decent gym and tasty and nutritious breakfast. Unfortunately the bed was hard and uncomfortable. I’ve stayed in over a hundred hotels and any hotel not focusing on comfort have missed one of the most important aspects of hospitality in my opinion.
